This morning, ANONYMOUS released several memos and emails reported to have originated with the National Security Administration.  The NSA memos refer to a “title O1,” which is described by the ANONYMOUS statement as a series of algorithmic instructions directed at major search engines and social media networks.  The algorithms, as explained by ANONYMOUS, are universally applied to searches and feeds in those networks, resulting in the filtration or de-emphasis of comments, posting or media that evidences “intelligence,” which is loosely defined as “well-argued” or, of an IQ “higher than 99.”  ANONYMOUS promises the release of more classified material pertaining to this matter.
